Job Description
AECOM is seeking an Entry-Level BIM Specialist - Structural to work at our office and on projects in Orange, CA.
The job responsibilities will include:
Works under direct supervision.
Assists with creating and modifying 3D models, renderings, and/or animations for promotion and proposals.
Office-based work with various departments to integrate imagery into presentations using existing software.
May help to create or maintain standards, processes, and goals.
Work is closely supervised.
Qualifications
Minimum Requirements
Must have a bachelor's degree or associate degree + 2 years of related experience or HS/GED + 4 years of related experience
US Citizenship Required
Preferred Qualifications
Fully conversant with the latest REVIT
Drafting / Engineering Drafting AND Autodesk Revit Structural trained
Able to assist in the development of Structural design/detailing and coordination of models with other design disciplines.
Able to produce construction documents in BIM environments from start to finish with limited assistance from more senior BIM team members
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Must be detail-oriented, thorough, well-organized, and effectively manage time
Team player with excellent listening skills and diplomacy; willing to work with multiple colleagues
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with a sense of urgency
Strong organizational skills – ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
Consultative, service-oriented mindset and collaborative problem-solving skills
Proactive and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage change effectively
Revit certification
AutoCAD experience
1+ years' experience in the field of structural detailing/design with steel, concrete, and masonry buildings.

Offered compensation will be based on location and individual qualifications. The expected range is $30.00/hour - $40.00/hour.
