Job Description

Pay Rates Starting between: $80,000 - $90,000 / year

The purpose of this role is to provide direct support to Human Resource Business Partners (HRBPs) and frontline support for team members

Essential Functions

  • Build and maintain successful relationships and partnerships within the organization

  • Maintain day-to-day tactical support for HRBP to include entering pay-changes, processing terminations and acting as front-line response for team member inquiries, directing to appropriate area within HR as needed

  • Support HRBP in executing HR centers of excellence (COE) program delivery to the organization, to include well-being, merit and bonus, talent review/succession planning, and policy revisions

  • Review and analyze HR analytics and metrics to effectively inform HRBP of areas of concern, in order to mitigate risk and improve culture

  • Review, track and take action on data associated with key COEs to include performance reviews, quarterly check-ins and merit/bonus planning and compliance completion

  • Support organization leaders in the creation of job descriptions

  • Anticipate business needs, think proactively and respond appropriately

  • Manage multiple projects concurrently, demonstrating a sense of urgency and results orientation

  • Model behaviors that support organization’s common purpose

  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree required, Masters degree preferred

  • 3 years of Human Resources experience

  • Experience in a large organization preferred
