We are growing and looking for a full-time dispatcher with integrity and professionalism to join our team in Opelika, Alabama. The work hours are 7:30am-4:30pm Mon-Fri, plus an on-call rotation.
Our dispatch team works diligently to ensure that our technicians get to their calls and that our customers know when they will be arriving. This position plays a vital role in making sure our customers are receiving exceptional service. We want you to be a part of helping us positively impact and enrich each person whose home we service.

What You will be doing:
Effectively communicate with customers and handle any questions or needs they may have
Organize and assign calls to techs and dispatch techs out
Book calls when necessary
Build installs and book estimates
Debrief calls and input all information from call into system
Develop the necessary skills to navigate Spectrum and utilize it properly (prior knowledge of this is preferred)

Qualifications:
High School Diploma or GED
One year of dispatch work experience required
Customer service and phone experience required
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
Excellent communication and computer skills
Required 40+ WPM
