*ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES include the following. *
- Maintain a POSITIVE attitude.
- Attend menu classes daily.
- Takes orders from Waiter/Waitress.
- Mixes ingredients such as liquor, soda, water, sugar, and bitters to prepare cocktails and other drinks.
- Serves wine and draught or bottled beer.
- Orders or requisitions liquors and supplies.
- Arranges bottles and glasses to make attractive display.
- Slices and pits fruit for garnishing drinks.
- Wipe all surfaces nightly.
- Clean floors nightly.
- Clean floor mats weekly.
- Take out trash as needed throughout the night.
- Assist with monthly inventory.
- Report gratuities within company guidelines and federal law.
