Job Description
We are seeking dedicated Warehouse Workers to join a dynamic team in a fast-paced environment. The role involves picking orders, operating electronic pallet jacks, and stacking pallets with various products. You will also be responsible for wrapping and loading pallets into trucks, while using a headset for communication throughout the warehouse.
Responsibilities
Pick orders accurately and efficiently in a fast-paced warehouse environment.
Operate electronic pallet jacks to move and stack pallets.
Wrap and load pallets into trucks for delivery.
Use a headset to communicate effectively within the warehouse.
Essential Skills
Experience in picking, shipping, and receiving within a warehouse setting.
Proficiency in operating pallet jacks and forklifts.
General labor skills including packing and stacking.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
Comfortable with consistently lifting and stacking items weighing between 20-50 pounds.
Minimum of 6 months of warehouse experience.
Work Environment
The work environment is a busy warehouse setting, particularly active during the 2nd shift with about 25 employees. It is clean and requires adherence to designated break times. The shift runs from 2 PM until completion, which can extend until 2:30 AM - 4:00 AM during busy seasons. Thursdays and Fridays are the busiest days, and up to 16-hour shifts may be required before holidays. Candidates should be prepared for physical activity, as the initial weeks may involve muscle soreness from stacking pallets.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of OMAHA, Nebraska.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.
