The Opportunity:
CACI is looking for a Senior Program Financial Analyst to support the USSTRATCOM Information Technology lifecycle Support (SCITLS) program to ensure the program is executing IAW the financial forecast. This position is part of the PMO team supporting our customer, U.S. Strategic Command (USSTRATCOM) in Omaha, Nebraska. This position is located in Omaha, Nebraska and is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.
As a Senior Program Financial Analyst, you will be part of a 3-person innovative finance team and execute financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting for the SCITLS program consisting of 460+ personnel, while ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Responsibilities:
Assists in reporting all contractor and subcontractor labor hours required for performance of services provided under this contract for the USSTRATCOM
Prepares Monthly Status Report (MSR) and Trip Report
Performs travel and purchasing processes to ensure that requests are submitted in a timely manner, with enough time for Government (i.e., AAS COR and USSTRATCOM TPOC) review and concurrence
Contributes to financial support and analysis for planning, forecasting, and decision making and overall delivery of financial commitments for monthly deliverables
Assists in management and review of cost, funding, labor charging, all forecasting and internal reporting, invoice preparation, review, and submission
Assists in developing the Financial Baseline of the SCITLS program at the beginning of each period of performance and tracks the EAC and ETC to ensure the program is executing IAW the financial forecasts.
Contributes to the development of annual operating plans and forecasts and supports monthly, quarterly, and annual updates
Develops accurate and timely monthly performance reports for the programs and projects
Develops financial controls, procedures, systems, and forecasting techniques to evaluate contract/program status and ensure compliance with Government and customer requirements
Monitors progress of program requirements
Monitors cost performance against plans to ensure contractual cost obligations are met
Possesses and applies expertise on multiple complex work assignments
Qualifications:
Current Top Secret with SCI eligibility
Bachelor’s degree in science (BS) or a bachelor’s degree in arts (BA)
A minimum of 8+ years of experience in project, organization or program financial planning and execution.
Strong understanding of program financial analysis, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
Proficiency in financial modeling software, data analysis tools, and ERP systems.

The proposed salary range for this position is:
$70,900 - $148,900
