Conagra Associate Financial Analyst, Internal Audit in Omaha, Nebraska

Job Summary

Reporting to the Senior Financial Analyst, you will complete financial, operational, and compliance reviews throughout the company. Perform complex and interpretive financial analyses for assigned area(s) and presents analysis/recommendations to management.

Position Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate strong competencies in areas of general controls, project management, and all aspects of engagement delivery.

  • Identify process risks and recommend appropriate controls.

  • Advise clients on security and controls standards.

  • 'Translate' issues into business risks and impacts in an effective manner.

  • Seek and identify organizational risk and make recommendations.

  • Prepare and deliver communications, oral and written, in a clear and concise manner at middle and senior levels of management

  • Review and deliver work at the highest level of quality to ensure department and professional standards are maintained with all issues adequately addressed.

  • Prepare and edit reports (noted observations, recommendations and management action plans) for approval by department management and communication management.

  • Utilize data analytics to plan and scope projects

  • Develop relationships with team members and business partners

Position Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Technology or similar field is required.

  • Analytical, project management, interpersonal, change management and communication skills

  • Ability to travel an average of 20%.
