Description $1000 Sign-On Bonus for qualified external hires The Student Nursing Assistant Program is a pathway for individuals wanting to begin their direct caregiver career at the hospital. The student nursing assistant will function under the direct supervision of the Manager, Program Supervisor, or designee and within the scope of practice that the Manager, Supervisor, or designee has determined is appropriate based upon the current scope and skills. Prior to entry in a nursing assistant program, while enrolled in a nursing assistant program, and/or upon completion of a nursing assistant program and prior to licensure, or while enrolled in a nursing assistant program, the Student Nursing Assistant is responsible for performing a variety of tasks to ensure that the assigned patient(s) remains safe. The Student Nursing Assistant will document all patient care activities. The Student Nursing Assistant may also perform non-direct patient care duties as assigned.
