This position has the primary responsibility to lead customers through the pre-construction phase as effectively and quickly as possible while providing a high level of customer experience. In addition, the position performs a variety of support functions and cross-departmental collaboration to enable the successful operation of branch business and customer engagement.

    Desired Skills and Experience:

  • Highly proficient in using computer programs such as Google Email, Sheets, and Calendar, Salesforce and IHMS or comparable software

  • Proven track record of achieving results

  • Knowledge of construction and/ permitting process a plus

  • Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing

    Duties and Responsibilities:

  • The Project Administrator leads the customer to complete all pre-construction activities by driving the process in a proactive manner, engaging the customer on a weekly basis.

  • Proactively uses external sources and internal departments to remove roadblocks and strive to assist the customer in working through the pre-construction phase.

    Wage Range:

  • $26.50 - $28.00 per hour
