Red Hat Partner Sales Executive in Olympia, Washington

About the Job

As a Partner Sales Executive (PSE) at Red Hat, you will be responsible for driving partner-led sales in your assigned territory. You will build and nurture strategic relationships with Red Hat's ecosystem of channel partners to drive pipeline creation, customer engagement, and revenue attainment. Your focus will be on aligning Red Hat’s technology solutions (including OpenShift, Ansible, RHEL, and cloud platforms) with the capabilities of our partners to deliver customer success.

What you will do

· Partner Account Management

· Own relationships with top-tier partners in region; build joint go-to-market (GTM) plans

· Conduct QBRs and strategic planning sessions with partners to drive alignment and growth

· Pipeline Generation & Deal Execution

· Co-develop and co-execute sales plays and campaigns with partners

· Maintain a healthy pipeline of partner-led and partner-influenced opportunities

· Drive net new logo and expansion opportunities in key accounts through partner co-selling

· Enablement & Ecosystem Collaboration

· Equip partners with knowledge and tools for successful positioning of Red Hat solutions

· Partner with internal stakeholders (TAMs, AEs, SEs, Marketing, etc.) to drive regional strategy

· Champion joint solutions and use cases tailored to the customer segment

· Territory & Forecast Management

· Manage territory plans and partner segmentation to maximize impact

· Track partner-influenced revenue and opportunity lifecycle in Salesforce

· Provide regular forecast updates and visibility into partner-led pipeline health

What you will bring

· 7+ years in tech sales, channel sales, or partner management, preferably in open source, cloud, or enterprise software

· Proven success in co-selling with VARs, MSPs, GSIs, or cloud partners

· Strong understanding of the IT channel landscape

· Ability to influence cross-functional teams and partner executives

· Knowledge of Red Hat solutions or similar technologies is a strong asset (Linux, containers, automation, hybrid cloud)

· Experience using CRM tools like Salesforce

· Excellent communication, planning, and negotiation skills

· Creative and curious with a sense of humor and a professional attitude

The salary range for this position is $207,500.00 - $342,400.00 (inclusive of base pay + target incentive compensation). Actual offer will be based on your qualifications.

Pay Transparency

Red Hat determines compensation based on several factors including but not limited to job location, experience, applicable skills and training, external market value, and internal pay equity. Annual salary is one component of Red Hat’s compensation package. This position may also be eligible for bonus, commission, and/or equity. For positions with Remote-US locations, the actual salary range for the position may differ based on location but will be commensurate with job duties and relevant work experience.
