Finished Touch Landscapes Landscape Technician in Olmsted Falls, Ohio
Job Purpose: Maintains residential properties by reviewing and completing requests; maintaining equipment; cleaning and maintaining residential properties. Duties: * On time reliability and dependability that prepares for assigned work by reviewing requests; gathering tools and materials. * Maintains groundskeeping equipment by performing preventive maintenance; making repairs; procuring parts and supplies. * Maintains outdoor appearance by cleaning outdoor areas; maintaining ground covering. * Proficient with Spring and Fall Clean Ups and mulch installation * Maintains orderly operations by cleaning shop area. * Enhances grounds management and organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments. Skills/Qualifications: Experience with zero turn mowers, string trimmers and backpack blowers, Basic Safety, Equipment Maintenance, Quality Focus, Energy Level, Job Knowledge, Attention to Detail, Dependability, Informing Others, Valid Driver's License or one that has low enough points that insurance will allow to drive.
