Insight Global NOC Engineer II in Oldsmar, Florida
Job Description
A client in the Tampa Bay area is looking for a Tier 2/Tier 3 Network Engineer to join their team. This person will be working on their client site supporting their internal enterprise level NOC. This person will be responsible for the troubleshoot of all tier 2 and tier 3 issues that come through via tickets. (Calls/Emails/Ticketing system) They will also be responsible for the monitoring of all internal platforms and working outage brides. This person will be leveraging

Skills and Requirements
3+ years of experience working in an enterprise level NOC environment
Experienced with NetScout Packet Capture
Strong experience working with Vmware
3+ years of experience working with Cisco Network Tools
3+ years of experience supporting Wide Area Network Circuits CCNA/CCNP/CISSP/ AWS Certs null
