Greystone Developers Corp Professional High End Carpenters in Old Lyme, Connecticut
Job Location: Old Lyme, CT. Must live within a 45 mile radius of Old Lyme, CT. Must have 7-10 years experience.
**RESPONSIBILITIES - Perform framing tasks in accordance with blueprints and specifications - Measure, cut, and shape wood, plastic, and other materials - Install windows, doors, and other fixtures - Erect scaffolding and ladders for assembly of structures above ground level - Collaborate with other construction professionals to ensure project completion - Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
**QUALIFICATIONS - Proven experience as a framer or carpenter - Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and schematics - Knowledge of framing techniques and materials - Familiarity with heavy equipment operation for construction purposes - Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently or as part of a team - Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to adapt to changing project requirements Note: Experience in stucco, trim carpentry, restoration, remodeling, plastering, and drywall is a plus.
