Honeywell Operations Manager in Olathe, Kansas

As an Operations Manager here at Honeywell, you will play a crucial role in managing the day-to-day operations of our Aerospace Technologies (AT) business unit. You will be responsible for overseeing production, quality control, inventory management, and logistics to ensure efficient and effective operations. Your leadership and expertise in operations management will drive operational excellence, improve productivity, and deliver high-quality products to our customers.

You will report directly to our Sr. Plant Director and you will work out of our Olathe, Kansas location.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on the success and growth of our business unit by implementing operational strategies, optimizing processes, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day operations, including production, quality control, inventory management, and logistics.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance customer satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives and implement best practices.

  • Monitor and analyze operational performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.

  • Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.

  • Strong knowledge of operations management principles, processes, and best practices.

  • Proficiency in using operations management software and tools.
