Description We are in search of a meticulous Data Entry Clerk for our operations based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. The successful candidate will be tasked with maintaining customer credit records, processing customer credit applications, and addressing customer credit inquiries. This role sits within the telecom industry and offers an opportunity for a short term contract employment.
Responsibilities:
• Process customer credit applications with a high degree of accuracy and efficiency
• Maintain up-to-date and accurate customer credit records
• Resolve customer credit inquiries in a timely and professional manner
• Monitor customer credit accounts and take necessary action to collect delinquent payments
• Utilize skills in Billing and Data Entry to ensure all tasks are completed effectively and efficiently Requirements • Candidate should have proven data entry work experience.
• Proficiency in using MS Office Suite, with a focus on Excel and Word.
• Familiarity with administrative duties.
• Experience using office equipment such as fax machine and scanner.
• Typing speed and accuracy.
• Excellent knowledge of correct spelling, grammar and punctuation.
• Attention to detail.
• Confidentiality is a must for this role.
• High school diploma; additional computer training or certification will be an asset.
• Experience in billing is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a team environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time efficiently.
• Should be comfortable working under tight deadlines.
• Understanding of data confidentiality principles is a must.
• Must have a strong work ethic and professional demeanor.
• Excellent problem-solving skills are required.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to handle information with accuracy and confidentiality.
