Our client, a dynamic organization in the administrative sector, is seeking an Admin/Data Entry professional to join their team. As an Admin/Data Entry specialist, you will be part of a collaborative environment supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational skills, effective communication abilities, and a proactive approach, which will align successfully within the organization.
Job Title: Admin/Data Entry
Location: Oklahoma City, OK
Pay Range: $17 - $19 an hour
What's the Job?
Assist in travel requests for agency personnel.
Utilize Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Pro for various administrative tasks.
Maintain organized digital records and workflows.
Communicate effectively in person and through electronic communications.
Support scheduling and booking reservations as needed.
What's Needed?
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Outlook, Excel, and Word.
Intermediate experience in working within web-based environments.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.
Experience with scheduling is preferred but not mandatory.
