Robert Half Customer Service Representative in Okc, Oklahoma

Description We are in search of a meticulous Customer Service Representative to be based in Oklahoma City, Oklahoma. This role falls within the realm of customer service, where the selected candidate will be primarily responsible for managing and preserving documents, maintaining accurate data, and fostering positive relationships with municipal contacts. This contract to hire employment opportunity offers the chance to work in a dynamic and challenging environment, focusing on the interpretation and maintenance of commercial property data and documents.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze and review commercial property data utilizing online resources

• Follow established processes to complete tasks within the set timelines

• Manage and maintain documents, ensuring their preservation and accuracy

• Submit necessary requests according to municipal and department processes and find appropriate municipal contacts

• Monitor requests to ensure they are processed in a timely manner

• Enter and update information and notes in the database accurately

• Conduct thorough research of online resources to obtain documents and information

• Maintain accurate site cost transactions and notes

• Manage email workload efficiently and effectively

• Foster positive relationships with municipal contacts, team members, and supervisors

• Meet production targets and manage team workload as needed

• Receive feedback and training to continuously improve performance

• Utilize skills in answering inbound calls, customer service, data entry, email correspondence, order entry, and scheduling appointments

• Use Microsoft Excel and Word proficiently, and apply Excel formulas where necessary. Requirements • Demonstrated ability in customer service roles

• Minimum of two years of experience in a similar role

• Proficient in answering inbound calls and handling both inbound and outbound calls

• Experience in a call center customer service environment

• Ability to carry out data entry tasks accurately and efficiently

• Skilled in email correspondence and able to maintain professional communication

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Word required

• Experience in order entry processes

• Able to schedule appointments effectively

• Knowledge of Excel formulas is a plus

• Candidates must be able to demonstrate their ability to provide exceptional customer service.
