Job Summary: We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Warehouse Associate to join our team in supporting the operations of our wholesale warehouse. The Warehouse Associate will be responsible for handling goods, maintaining inventory accuracy, and ensuring the timely fulfillment of orders in a safe and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Receive, unload, and inspect incoming deliveries to ensure accuracy and quality.
Accurately pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment.
Organize and store products in designated areas to optimize warehouse space.
Conduct inventory checks and report discrepancies.
Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or conveyor systems.
Maintain cleanliness and orderliness of the warehouse.
Adhere to company policies, food safety standards, and health and safety regulations.
Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflows and meet operational deadlines.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in a warehouse environment is preferred.
Ability to lift and move heavy items (up to 50 pounds).
Basic understanding of inventory systems and warehouse software is a plus.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Excellent time-management and teamwork skills.
Work Environment:
Frequent physical activities such as standing, walking, bending, and lifting.
Exposure to temperature-controlled environments (e.g., cold storage).
