DESCRIPTION OF WORK: The role involves supporting the management of the district's field construction project records and documentation by utilizing Electronic Construction Management System (ECMS), PennDOT Project Collaboration Center (PPCC), and mobile construction applications on PennDOT issued iPad to ensure proper direction, coordination, and control.

Work Schedule and Additional Information:

  • Full-time employment
  • Work hours are 7:00 AM to 3:00 PM, Monday - Friday, with a 30-minute lunch.
  • Vendor Controlled Schedule
  • Work Project Location could be Multi County within District 1-0 (Erie, Crawford, Mercer, Forest, Venango and Warren). Headquarters is Oil City, Pennsylvania.
  • Telework: You may have the opportunity to work from home (telework) part-time ad hoc during the winter season. In order to telework, you must have a securely configured high-speed internet connection and work from an approved location inside Pennsylvania. If you are unable to telework, you will have the option to report to the headquarters office in Oil City.
  • Salary:In some cases, the starting salary may be non-negotiable.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE, TRAINING & ELIGIBILITY

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Minimum Experience and Training Requirements:
  • Graduation from high school; or
  • Any equivalent combination of experience and training.

Other Requirements:

  • This particular position requires possession of a valid PA Class C Driver's License.

  • You must be able to perform essential job functions.
