Job Description:

CACI is seeking an Enterprise Architect Lead (SME) to provide strategic leadership and technical expertise for USSTRATCOM’s enterprise architecture initiatives. This role will guide Model-Based Systems Engineering (MBSE), enhance C4IT architectures, and support Zero Trust implementation, ensuring robust IT solutions across the command’s lifecycle. Experience with DoDAF (Department of Defense Architecture Framework) is a plus, particularly with transitioning to the Unified Architecture Framework (UAF) to align with evolving DoD standards. The work location is Omaha, Nebraska. This position is contingent upon award of the United States Strategic Command SCITLS contract.

Responsibilities:

Enterprise Architecture Lead, SME:

  • Leads the A&E Team

  • Manages, maintains, and evolves Metamodels and SEMP for USSTRATCOM lifecycle engineering across the IT project lifecycle

  • Participates in the Command ITSM processes for upcoming changes to the Enterprise architectural products

  • Directs incident and problem management activities within the A&E team

  • Oversees MBSE with UAF for system design and RTM generation

  • Leads in C4IT architecture, including MBSE As-Is Architectures

  • Drives IT modernization and manages documentation across all sites

  • Supports USSTRATCOM Zero Trust Implementation

  • May supervise team members

  • Provides technical/management leadership on major tasks or technology assignments

  • Produces and/or is responsible for deliverable(s) (DEL 23)

Qualifications:

Required:

  • BA/BS + 13 years of relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience.

  • Top Secret Clearance with SCI eligibility

  • Required 8140 Certification : Required 8140 Certification: 651 - Advanced (e.g., CISSO or GCIA or GCSA or GCLD of GICSO or CISSP-ISSAP or CISSP-ISSEP) OR applicable ABET-accredited/CAE-designated degree OR equivalent training OR Foundational Qualification Alternative (DoD Component Waiver).

  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to convey complex technical concepts to diverse audiences.

  • Proven ability to lead architecture initiatives in fast-paced, mission-critical environments while managing multiple priorities.

  • ArchiMate 3 or newer

  • INCOSE ASEP or CSEP

The proposed salary range for this position is:

$90,700 - $199,600
