Citigroup SC Interm SuppMgmt IntmdAnlyst - B11 - OFALLON in O'Fallon, Missouri

The Supply Chain (SC) Interm Supplier Management Intermediate Analyst is an entry level position responsible for assisting in vendor oversight activities such as control execution, issue remediation, KRI monitoring, contract enforcement and relationship management. The overall objective of this role is to oversee services provided by Mortgage Servicing vendors in support of the company's business.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assistance in the implementation of Citi policies and standards

  • Assist in risk management tools and frameworks required to implement applicable Citi policies and standards as well as support the development of supplier risk management tools

  • Participate in supplier programs and activities related to writing Citi contingency plans such as exit strategies

  • Review critical suppliers and Operation Strategy Planners (OSPs), compliance tracking, reporting, system enhancements, testing, and applicable monthly and quarterly risk management metrics

  • Conduct basic control execution oversight and supplier risk assessments

  • Participate in projects to support vendor management activities

  • Provide informal guidance or on-the-job training to new team members

  • Appropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparency.

Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of relevant experience

  • Proficient computer skills with a focus on Microsoft Office applications

  • Demonstrated analytical skills

  • Consistently demonstrates clear and concise written and verbal communication

  • Strong knowledge of FDPA requirements related to mortgages

  • Experience in mortgage servicing preferred

  • Experience in Flood risk and processing preferred

  • Experience with escrow requirements, processing and analysis preferred

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree/University degree or equivalent experience

Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:

$64,620.00 - $90,180.00
