System One Warehouse / Route Delivery Associate in Odessa, Texas
System One is seeking a detail-oriented Warehouse / Route Delivery Associate for a direct-hire position located in Odessa, TX.
Warehouse / Route Delivery Associate Responsibilities:
Assist in all warehouse operations, including receiving and storing goods, inventory management, and filing claims.
Manage outbound delivery activities, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of products to customer locations.
Support the will-call counter and provide excellent customer service to walk-in clients.
Conduct physical inventory counts and help reconcile stock levels with business systems.
Collaborate with team members to maintain the cleanliness and organization of the warehouse.
Follow operational policies and procedures to ensure compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
Implement security protocols to protect warehouse contents and operations.
Help manage customer inventory (VMI) by counting, restocking, and monitoring stock levels.
Assist with various warehouse duties as needed, including order filling and shipping tasks.
Use basic computer systems and ERP software (e.g., SAP) to support warehouse functions.
Warehouse / Route Delivery Associate Skills and Qualifications:
High school diploma or GED required.
Previous experience in a warehouse or customer service setting preferred.
Forklift experience is required; must be mechanically inclined and able to lift up to 50 pounds.
Proficiency in Office 365 (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams) and basic computer skills.
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in tasks.
Ability to work well in a team environment and adapt to changing priorities.
Clean driving record and ability to operate a company vehicle safely.
Willingness to travel to other branch locations as needed.
