JOB REQUIREMENTS: Machine Operator: Napkin Assistant nights (2.2.3) - 371 Napkin Assistant - Night Shift (6 PM - 6 AM) Location: Oconto, WI Company: Hoffmaster Group, Inc. Job Type: Full-time Pay: * Starting at \$19.48/hour * * \$1.00/hour night shift premium * * \$2.00/hour weekend premium * Wage progression up to \$20.98/hour after 1 year * Pay increases at 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year Schedule: 2-2-3 Rotating Shift - 12-hour shifts (6 PM - 6 AM) Work only 14 days per month and get every other weekend off! 2-2-3 Schedule Example: Week 1: * Work: Monday & Tuesday * Off: Wednesday & Thursday * Work: Friday, Saturday, Sunday Week 2: * Off: Monday & Tuesday * Work: Wednesday & Thursday * Off: Friday, Saturday, Sunday This rotating pattern provides built-in days off, a consistent schedule, and every other weekend free. Job Overview: We\'re hiring a Napkin Assistant to support our overnight production operations. This is an entry-level, physically demanding, and fast-paced role ideal for someone dependable, hands-on, and ready to grow.
