JOB REQUIREMENTS: This position is responsible for serving customers and government agencies via a call-center. RESPONSIBILITIES: Provide product and sales information Process sales orders Coordinate product delivery and installation Work independently and on teams to develop, improve and ensure customer satisfaction Support Sales team to increase sales and resolve product and service concerns Work efficiently in a fast-paced office environment. REQUIREMENTS: Have knowledge of product functionality, prices, lead times, and delivery schedules Have clear verbal and written communication Have experience with maintaining accurate sales data Have experience with organized records and work systematically and efficiently Display personal initiative to meet all goals within deadline EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE: High school diploma or equivalent of 3 years customer service experience with strong facilitation and presentation skills Associate Degree in business-related field is a plus Intermediate Microsoft Office suite proficiency.
