Forklift Operator
Responsibilities
Operate sit-down forklift at floor level, moving bins and materials within the production floor.
Count, stage, and transfer materials accurately using NetSuite or RF Smart systems.
Use RF scanner and tablet with Excel for inventory tracking.
Inspect loads, build pallets, pick orders, and perform general cleaning.
Report any safety concerns or misuse of equipment promptly.
Document and report work-related accidents or incidents.
Retrieve materials as needed and record them accurately.
Keep all areas organized and ensure pathways are clear.
Return unused materials to designated locations and document transfers systematically.
Assist with placing bins on bin dumpers and organizing rework materials.
Ensure pallets are properly wrapped and documented on pallet count sheets in real-time.
Maintain regular and reliable attendance.
Essential Skills
1-5 years of sit-down forklift operation experience.
Proficiency with RF scanners and tablet devices.
Ability to use Excel for data entry.
Experience with NetSuite or RF Smart systems.
Ability to follow company policies, guidelines, and work instructions.
Flexibility to perform various functions depending on the area of operation.
Experience assisting supervision, management, leads, and operators.
Skilled in paperwork documentation.
Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Proficiency in English.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $21.00/hr.
