Responsibilities

We are currently looking for a full-time Cook to join our Dietary team. The Cook assists with the safe and sanitary preparation of the patients and facility staff meals, ensures the cafeteria and dining room remain clean at all times and assists in maintaining a clean and sanitary kitchen environment.

The Vines Hospital, located in Ocala Florida, is a premiere behavioral health facility located in picturesque Marion County offering specialized behavioral health care and services to individuals including specialty programs for active duty military and Veterans. Our Location:

We are located in picturesque Marion County, FL. The county is known as the Horse Capital of the World. Enjoy the outdoors at one of the county’s serene parks, which includes wonderful hiking trails, river rafting, and tubing. Watch the county’s wildlife and view the scenery by taking a horseback ride through one of the area’s riding trails.     Qualifications

Position Requirements: High School Diploma or GED required. Trade or vocational school training a plus. Minimum of one (1) year experience in food service, with experience in food service in a health care facility preferred. Food handler permit a plus.
