Insight Global Director of eCommerce Operation in Oakville, Ontario
Job Description
Insight Global is looking for a Director of eCommerce Operations to work with a leading online retailer specializing in personal wellness products to lead eCommerce transformation and strategy in order to define future systems and processes. The Director of eCommerce Operations will be responsible for overseeing warehouse workflow process improvement as well as a team of technology experts developing new and evolving technology solutions and services. Working with senior management this person will be a part of a passionate team in an organization that dares to charter new ground with challenging and high profile projects supporting global expansion initiatives.

Skills and Requirements
-Strong business acumen/execution with an entrepreneurial spirit
-Experience defining priorities and mapping deliverables leading towards global expansion
-Team management experience, including coaching and developing team members to improve their performance and engagement.
-Strong project management skills and a track record of successful project execution
-Experience leading IT teams in the ongoing delivery of systems, updates, processes, security first best practices and threat management
-Hands on experience with cloud-based technology solutions such as Google Workspace
-Advanced computer skills, including proficiency in MS Excel, and other applications
-Hands on experience with ERP systems (Netsuite used currently) and Shopify
-Ability to present and effectively communicate project execution, program status, and/or issues to key stakeholders, including executives
-Background in budget planning and resource allocation for organizational systems, project requirements, and department resources -Ability to translate business needs into technical requirements while challenging the status quo
-Experience leading customer service initiatives and strategy while identifying areas for improvement
-Experience with warehouse workflow optimization
-Exposure to a rapidly expanding eCommerce environment
-Supply chain management exposure null
