BRIDGE Housing Corporation Pool Monitor (Temporary, Part-time) in Oakland, California
Summary
This is a part-time shift where weekends are required. We have two temporary positions available starting at the end of May 2024 through Labor Day weekend and must be 18 years old or older.
Responsibilities
Greet and check in residents and guests
Enforce the pool rules in a friendly and professional manner
Maintain a high level of cleanliness and organization in the pool area
Be consistent in rule enforcement
Helping office staff with pool related activities
Report any resident issues to the Manager
Qualifications
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
Able to explain and enforce safety rules
Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills
Able to follow oral or written instructions
