Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Administrative Support Specialist to join our team at the Home Office. This on-site role will support our operations by completing various administrative, clerical, filing, and scanning tasks. While prior HR experience is not required, candidates must bring strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and proficiency in office-related tasks.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative Assistance:

  • Perform general clerical duties, including data entry, document organization, and handling administrative requests.

  • Provide support to team members by managing schedules, tracking tasks, and assisting in routine office operations.

Document Management:

  • File, organize, and maintain physical and electronic records to ensure easy accessibility and compliance with internal protocols.

  • Scan documents and maintain integrity and confidentiality while digitizing and organizing files into the system.

Office Support:

  • Help maintain an orderly workspace by managing office supplies and ensuring essential materials are stocked and ready for use.

  • Respond to email or in-person inquiries and direct them to the appropriate team members when necessary.

    Requirements

Requirements:

  • Experience: Prior experience in administrative, clerical, filing, and/or scanning roles is required, with a proven ability to manage tasks efficiently.

  • Skills:

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities to manage high volumes of documents and tasks.

  • Competent in using office equipment (scanners, printers, copiers) and basic computer software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace).

  • Effective verbal and written communication skills.

  • Work Environment: Candidates must be able to work on-site at the Home Office during weekdays. This is not a hybrid or remote position.

  • Professionalism: Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with integrity.
