Position Summary

The Oracle Primavera Unifier Specialist will have strong Oracle Primavera Unifier experience and will design, execute, and support the design of business processes and reports for multiple Bechtel NS&E projects. The Oracle Primavera Unifier Specialist will work with IT Leads, business users and other IT team members to understand and evaluate functional requirements and develop technical solutions that meet the needs of the individual projects’ needs.

Responsibilities

• Designs, develops, tests and configures new and existing business processes including workflows and forms.

• Builds data definitions, data elements, dynamic datasets and record statuses.

• Knowledge of all Primavera Unifier tool functionality, configuration, settings, report generation, user security, training and support

• Builds different types of Business Processes, Workflows, Dashboards & Reports using Oracle BI Publisher.

• Independently interprets and delivers upon management intent

• Administers, monitors, and troubleshoots the Oracle Primavera Unifier System.

• Assigns and modifies user roles and permissions for Oracle Primavera Unifier

• Collaborates with cross-functional teams to determine business requirements and analyzes those business requirements to configure the business processes and reports as per the user’s expectation.

• Prepares design documentation, test plans and reports as required

• Provides technical assistance relating to integration requirements

• Proactively identifies and resolves issues that arise during the implementation phases

• Understands other Bechtel IT Systems and how Oracle Primavera Unifier and Analytics interface with those other IT Systems

Qualifications and Skills

Basic Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree plus 9 years of professional experience or in lieu of a degree 15 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

• 4+ years of experience with Oracle Primavera Unifier

• 4+ years business process development experience

• Excellent interpersonal and management skills

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Excellent time management skills with the ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.

• Ability to manage competing and fluctuating business priorities

• Dynamic, self-managed with strong leadership qualities

• Self-motivated with the ability to prioritize, meet deadlines, and manage changing priorities
