Would you say you have experience providing world class customer service? We have a local company that is in need of someone with your expertise. This is a REMOTE position, but you must live within an hour commute of Knoxville, TN. This is a high volume and fast paced environment where you will be working off of 2 computer screens and will be required to multi-task efficiently. You will follow up with customers via phone, email and fax to retrieve any necessary information. work hours: 11 AM - 11 PM

Responsibilities

• Must be able to type at least 35 wpm

• Must be proficient with computers and internet navigation

• Must be able to handle customer issues in a timely manner

• Must be able to ask questions and diffuse tense situations

• Must be able to maintain a high degree of product knowledge and service expertise
