Job Summary Join our Oak Creek, WI team as an entry level Accountant to join our finance team! In this position, you will ensure accurate and timely accounting transactions and reconciliations including post entries to the general ledger, analyze data, month-end close processes, and collaborate with employees throughout the organization. This position also works with third party auditors to ensure compliance and accurate financial reporting. Position Responsibilities: Support day to day operational functions in the Accounting and Finance departments Prepare and record accounting journal entries Reconcile general ledger accounts to supporting documentation Prepare balance sheet account reconciliations Assist with fiscal year end audit requests and all other audits Assist with the month-end financial close process Assist with the preparation of the cash forecast Assist with all cost accounting and general ledger functions Assist with cash collection activities Assist with budget process activities Prepare various monthly financial reports Create invoices and reconcile billing for intercompany accounts Reconcile bank accounts with the general ledger Create pricing proposals Special projects across corporate finance Desired Skills: Strong communication, analytical, organizational and problem solving skills Ability to work effectively in a team environment Capability of working independently with limited oversight from senior team members Required Qualifications Bachelor Degree in Accounting from an accredited institution Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Microsoft Excel Eligible to work in the United States without sponsorship Join a team that designs computers, displays, and electronic systems for aircraft of the future!
