Job Description

Currently we are searching for a Teamlead in Software Development (m/f/d) within the Danfoss Digital & IT organization - Manufacturing Services to join ourTeam in Nuremberg or Flensburg.

Job Responsibilities

As Teamlead Software Development (m/f/d) you will be e part of an international team, dealing with a broad variety of manufacturing and production related topics in one of Germany’s top players in the electronics industry.

Responsibilities for this position also include, but are not limited to, the following:

  • Your task will also be forward-looking personnel planning, as well as demand-oriented development and qualification of employees.

  • Work within an agile development organization and be accountable for refining software requirements, providing development estimates, designing, and implementing software.

  • Design, develop and test front- and microservice-based backend components, based on the newest C# version and the corresponding toolsets.

  • Be responsible for creating high quality code to support the roadmap from maintenance to new feature/product development.

  • Be part of a 2nd / 3rd Level support for our own global software solution.

For this position you have a university degree in the field of Information technology or comparable and several years of working experience in using C# and .NET (core) Framework as well as databases (e. g. MS-SQL or Oracle).

The ideal candidate possesses these skills:

  • You have several years of leadership experience in an international matrix-environment.

  • Ideally you already led remote Teams.

  • You are well versed in Clean Code Development (CCD) and the usage of programming design patterns (e.g., GoF or SOLID etc.)

  • You have experience in working with Containers (e.g. Docker).

  • You are attentive to details, driven to problem solving, and adaptive to new technologies and best practices.

  • You have the ability for occasional European or international travel activities.

  • You are fluent in English and German.
