Field Coordinator

Mosaic is looking for a dedicated, highly motivated, and highly organized individual to join our in-retail alcohol sampling team as a Field Coordinator. The Field Coordinator will be responsible for building and booking the program schedule for their region, while managing a team of up to 60 Brand Ambassadors.

The Field Coordinator is responsible for managing and growing their in-field team. Coaching and mentoring Brand Ambassadors, while making regular store visits to ensure quality control, and relationship building with our key retail contacts. The Field Coordinator’s responsibilities include but are not limited to, asset management, training, payroll, BA reporting, quality control.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Book and schedule shifts direct with stores- Updating trackers to reflect actual compliance and completion each week

  • Manage and schedule 50 to 60 Brand Ambassadors throughout theprovince

  • Maintain a 95-100% execution compliance rate, and a 100% BA survey compliance rate- Survey submissions are mandatory

  • Forecast open recruitment needs 6 weeks out – conductinterviews

  • Assist recruitment team with sourcing for new Brand Ambassadors

  • Review all program training & conduct training sessions with Brand Ambassador team

  • Approve and correct time keeping reports

  • Read surveys (reports) submitted by BAs

  • Achieve 20 % weekly visitations for locations in your area

  • Ship/replenish supplies and liquor sampling kitsto BAs,

  • Maintain inventory at local storage locker – Weekly tracking and updating

  • Regularly send out communication emails to your Brand Ambassadors

  • Build team relationships – train & coach new hires

  • Conduct new BA Orientation Training sessions

  • Payroll admin

  • Attend weekly meetings, being prepared to discuss weekly compliance

  • Practice and teach best and safe practices in-field

  • Reporting/analysis with all program insights, competitor insights and Brand Ambassador insights

QUALIFICATIONS

  • Previous experience with managing large teams is an asset

  • Lift and move boxes up to 50lbs

  • Previous experience with Brand Ambassador work is an asset

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and changing priorities

  • Experience with Excel- Update spreadsheets, schedules, trackers

  • Excellent organization, time management, and prioritization skills; demonstrate ability to juggle multiple critical tasks and consistently deliver against deadlines

  • Must be available on weekends – days off are Monday & Tuesday

  • Must have a DL & access to a vehicle

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Liquor Certification – is a PLUS
