Martin Technologies Test Driver / Vehicle Evaluator - Evening Shift in Novi, Michigan

MARTIN Technologies is hiring Test Drivers / Vehicle Evaluators to drive new vehicles on public roads. NO EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! We will provide all training. All you need is a valid driver's license, clean driving record, willingness to learn, ability to follow directions, and a positive attitude! Evening work hours of 4:30 pm - 1:00 am. Shifts available 7 days a week. Flexible scheduling to work around your personal, work, or school obligations. You choose what days you can work!

Opportunity:
Test Drive Team members are responsible for the durability testing of production and prototype vehicles and their components under specified test parameters and environmental conditions. Drivers log test results and evaluation data. Test Drivers are often the first to experience the most recent vehicle technologies while validating the reliability and usability of vehicle systems.
Responsibilities:
Operate test vehicles in a safe, professional manner
Adhere to designated routes and assigned protocol
Maintain a daily test vehicle operation information log (performance, failures, mileage, fuel use, etc.)
Maintain test vehicles in a clean, safe operating condition
Maintain security and confidentiality of all testing activities
Represent our team in a positive, professional manner
Qualifications:
Ability to communicate performance characteristics of test vehicles and aligned environmental / operational conditions effectively and concisely
Familiar with the operation of all vehicle systems
Detail oriented
Evaluation skills
Good communication skills (verbal and written)
Possess and model good work habits
Valid Driver’s License
Minimum 3 years driving experience
Part time
8 hour shift 4:30pm - 1:00am
