Responsibilities

While RS&H was founded in 1941, we have been providing construction management services as one of our primary business practices since 1984. RS&H's Transportation-Construction Management Practice serves numerous state departments of transportation, mobility/transportation authorities, turnpike/toll authorities, rail/port authorities, municipal/county governments, and private clients throughout the United States. Our Construction Engineering and Inspections (CEI) teams as well as our Construction Management teams are industry leading experts who provide a full range of construction engineering, program management, specialized testing, and inspection services from the preconstruction phase through maintenance and operations. Qualifications

RS&H is seeking a Project Scheduling Analyst for our T-CM practice. /> />The following is a breakdown of responsibilities for the position to support major highway infrastructure projects throughout the US:Creates, prepares, and analyzes prospective (forecasting) and retrospective (forensic) cost and schedule reportsPerforms routine in-depth schedule monitoring, identifying critical activities and risks to time and costsSupports integrated payment process for major construction projectsPerforms Earned Value analysis including variance reportingEvaluate baseline engineering and construction schedule for quality, accuracy, realism, and compliance with contract requirementsPrepares and participates regularly in scheduled meetings to help advance each projectPrepares and audits CPM fragmented network for scope change and delay claimsPrepare preliminary time determination schedules />Qualifications:4+ years of cost and time management for construction projectsProficient in the use of industry-standard scheduling software including Oracle Primavera P6Valid Driver's License with a good driving recordAbility to travel periodically for in-person meetings />Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Cost Management, Engineering, Project Management, Accounting, Finance or other relevant fieldTransportation and infrastructure construction experience is preferredPMP, PSP, CCM or other relevant industry certification is preferredExperience with schedule analysis software, Deltek Acumen Fuse is preferred /> /> Benefits for Full-Time Associates:9 paid holidaysMinimum of 10 days of PTO10 days of Personal LeavePaid parental leave401K options with stock match & supplemental contributionsMedical and DentalClick Here for Full Benefits InformationIf this sounds like the role for you and you're ready to join an amazing team, please apply.#LI-KZ1An Equal Opportunity Employer.
