*Opportunity for guaranteed weekly hours: 20 hours @ $500/week (subject to candidate's availability & coach training completion)
*This role will start as an Assistant Coach with an immediate expedited path to become a Lead Coach once required training and onboarding hours have been fulfilled.
THE COMPANY:
Super Soccer Stars has been in the youth soccer business for over 22 years and has been recognized as the largest operating program in the US.
THE POSITION:
Become a local face for the newest youth soccer program in town! We are looking to hire an energetic and fun-loving Soccer Coach who will help lead our little stars in fun and educational activities in a non competitive environment. Our ideal candidate has prior experience working with children, is extremely reliable and has a positive, engaging energy.
Soccer Stars is launching in the North Bay, and we are excited to hire coaches to support our growing business! New Coaches will be provided immediate training and will earn from $20 per/hr up to $30 per/hr depending on experience and availability.
Our Coaches lead each class following our customized, age appropriate enrichment curriculum focused on developing the whole child
Our Coaches use individual attention to ensure every child has success
Our Coaches use a non-competitive approach to ensure classes are fun with a stress-free environment
Our Coaches use positive reinforcement to encourage children to do better and celebrate success
And finally, our Coaches have a blast. They are open-minded, open to feedback, and strive to be better by attending regular trainings and following the Super Soccer Stars Coaching Manual
Requirements
THE SCHEDULE:
Classes will be held during late morning and after-school hours during week days, and/or on weekend mornings. The ideal candidate would have the availability on SOME of the days and times listed below:
Monday-Friday: 9am- 12pm
Monday-Thursday: 1pm-4pm
Saturdays: 9:00am-12pm
THE LOCATION:
Classes will be held at local schools, parks, and recreational centers in Novato and San Rafael. Coaches may be expected to travel up to 15 miles each way to get to a class location.
