Veralto Global Marketing Project Manager in Notthingham, United Kingdom

The Global Marketing Project Manager is a newly created individual contributor role in a close-knit team that operate as an ‘in-house agency’ for the business; devising global campaigns (i.e., new product launches) and fulfilling country/region-specific inbound requests (i.e., digital content creation etc).

We’re embarking on significant branding and content modernization and assessing the use of emerging technologies within marketing such as AI. As such, the role offers excellent variety, stimulating challenges, and full global exposure.

The Opportunity

It’s likely you’ve purchased or used a product touched by Videojet Technologies this week. From freshness dating to track and trace coding, our solutions help ensure products sold across the world are authentic and safe for consumers to use in the food, beverage, pharmaceutical, and industrial marketplaces.

Based in our Nottingham office 3 days a week and reporting to a Global Marketing Manager, the jobholder will play a key role in an international team of 10, prioritising, coordinating, and leading a broad variety of marketing campaign and brand projects, which are executed both in-house and via external marketing agencies.

In this role, a typical day will look like:

  • Crafting and executing creative and detailed marketing project and campaign plans

  • Leading content creation while collaborating with diverse teams

  • Monitoring and steering projects to meet deadlines and goals

  • Building relationships with stakeholders and external partners

  • Prudently managing budgets to maximise resource efficiency

  • Evaluating campaign success to refine future strategies

The essential requirements of the job include:

  • Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years’ marketing experience (in-house or agency), with a proven track record of managing cross-functional projects, ideally in large company/diverse international environments

  • Strong understanding of content creation, brand strategy, and project management software tools (e.g., Monday.com, MS Project, Asana, Trello)

  • Exceptional organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment

  • A creative mindset with excellent problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, data & KPI orientation and a results-driven approach to marketing campaigns

  • Resides (or is willing to relocate) within commuting distance of Videojet’s Nottingham office
