Position Summary: The Core Systems Analyst is responsible for ongoing research, updates, changes and maintenance on deposit and loan related software, working closely with the manager to ensure software is utilized effectively and efficiently. The incumbent will proactively learn the systems to troubleshoot system errors, questions, or change requests to internal users with adherence to Change Management Proposals. This position will work closely with the Core Systems Manager and stakeholders in a manner to consistently initiate and drive product and software enhancements and efficiencies including process changes and SOPs. The incumbent will gather requirements for bank initiatives, communicate and collaborate with vendors or internal stakeholders, provide status updates, test plans, rollback plans, create or update procedures, and ensure project is successful by its deadline. Essential Job Functions: Process research, updates, changes and complete maintenance for deposit and loan systems: o Loan Vantage o Laser Pro o Lender Link o COCC (Loans and Deposits) o WITS (wire system) o Affirmative (ACH system) o Online Banking o Mobile Deposit o RDC o Positive Pay o Weiland (Analysis system) o Debit Card systems o Identifi o ImageCentre o Computershare o Ensenta Core Systems Analyst Standard Tasks: o New Deposit and Loan Product setup (minors in COCC) o Changes to Products o New Rate setup in COCC o Changing Rates in COCC o Updating and maintaining Deposit rate sheets o Adding new features to systems o Making changes to systems o Working with Product and IT Operations to install new systems o Assisting business lines with testing o 1st line reporting of system outages, issues, and research of system capabilities o Working with vendors for system outages and issues o Posting procedures, forms and items to the HUB Preferred Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: Understanding of loan and deposit systems Understanding of loan processing and servicing Understanding of deposit systems Understanding of Cash Mgmt. systems Preferred Education and Experience: 5 years of retail and/or loan operations experience Experience with Loan Vantage Experience with Laser Pro Experience with WITS Experience with Affirmative Experience with COCC Microsoft experience Physical Demands and Work Environment: The physical demands and work environment characteristics described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
