Waters Early Learning Center Teacher in Norwood, Massachusetts
Teacher Responsibilities - Develop and implement an engaging curriculum that promotes learning and development - Provide a safe and nurturing environment for children to learn and grow - Supervise children during indoor and outdoor activities - Maintain a clean and organized classroom environment - Foster positive relationships with parents and communicate regularly about their child\'s progress - Collaborate with other teachers and staff to ensure the overall success of the program Requirements - Massachusetts EEC Toddler / Preschool Certification (Required) - Previous experience working with preschool-aged children - Knowledge of early childhood development principles and practices - Consistent adherence to EEC regulations - Strong communication skills, both verbal and written - Patience, creativity, and a passion for working with young children - CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain) - Ability to pass a background check Schedule: 8 hour shift License/Certification: - CPR / First Certification (Preferred) - Massachusetts EEC Toddler / Preschool Certification (Preferred) Ability to Commute: - Norwood, MA 02062 (Required) Work Location: In person
