NBT Bank Enterprise Risk Process Administrator in Norwich, New York
Pay Range: $69,066.00 - $92,081.00
The Enterprise Risk Process Administrator plays a key role in ensuring process sustainability and executional excellence across the Risk Division. To help the Bank’s efforts in maturing the Data Governance and ERM programs, the ERPA will ensure documentation, controls, and organizational efficiencies keep pace with the growth and increased regulatory expectations in these areas. Through their focus, organization, collaboration, and detail-oriented mindset, the ERPA will monitor and improve controls to mitigate potential data, operational, and legal/regulatory risks throughout key second line functions.

Advanced knowledge in writing and improving process documentation
Superior organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other productivity software applications
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Ability to assist multiple large projects and many data streams concurrently while meeting deadlines and maintaining quality
Self-motivated and capable of executing existing programs and processes with minimal supervision
Ability to influence the implementation of new projects with a focus on achieving executional excellence
Knowledge of operational systems, structures, and ways of working
Tasks Performed:
40% ERM and Data Governance Process Administration - expert collection, distribution, and cataloging of key data points with a focus on integrity, function, and ease of use; use of outstanding organizational skills to guide day-to-day operation, execution, and maintenance of existing processes for Data Governance, ERM, and other Risk functions; serve as voice of operational excellence for planning of new undertakings
35% Process Excellence – create sustainability and continuity of department systems and processes; interact and communicate with key stakeholders to manage, inform, and influence outcomes; write, improve, standardize, and serve as an expert on documentation and controls throughout the Credit-Risk Division
20% Miscellaneous Risk Reporting and Data Support - execute routine report requests and maintenance, including completing existing reporting and writing or altering moderately complex reports; investigate impact of upstream changes on existing reporting to guarantee resilience, working with systems development or other report writers as needed
5% Other Duties as Assigned
