CVS Health Senior Advisor - 340B Product Development in Northbrook, Illinois

Job Description

As a Senior Advisor - 340B Product Development, you will be responsible for various aspects of the 340B offering including operational and financial processes, which are critical to delivering value to our clients and CVS Specialty. Furthermore, you will collaborate with key internal and external stakeholders including Finance, Legal, Analytics and Sales to drive business objectives. This position will be responsible for the identification, development and execution of new strategies, initiatives and product enhancements.

Additional Responsibilities Include:

  • Ongoing management of 340B program processes

  • Collaborate with internal and external partners on identification of 340B opportunities

  • Manage implementation of program and process improvements

  • Own 340B specific product development efforts and coordinate pilot implementations

  • Drive product concepts and strategy from planning to implementation

  • Conduct meetings with cross functional teams across the organization that engage stakeholders on project objectives, goals, and task management

  • Serve as key contributor and subject matter expert for 340B

Required Qualifications

  • 5 or more years of work experience within a Pharmacy Benefit Management (PBM) or Health Plan environment

  • At least 3 years of experience in Product Development, Product Management, Project Management, or Business Analysis

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with and understanding of telehealth environments

  • Critical thinking: ability to resolve complex issues and negotiate agreement among different organizational areas and leadership levels

  • Experience with project management best practices that include project planning, communications and reporting

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and collaboration skills

  • Highest level of attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, adjusting priorities as needed to meet deadlines

  • Ability to influence others

  • Proven track record in developing or improving products or business lines through a methodical development process

  • Ability to translate strategy and tactics into actions

  • Identify short-term and long-term objectives

  • Demonstrated communication skills through leading groups and effective presentations

  • Manage external partners/vendors through effective partnership and communication

Education

  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or equivalent work experience is required
