We are searching for an Operations Manager to work within our newly launched game changing product, Hubbl!
With an explosion of streaming apps in the market we have launched a new transformative product that takes the frustration out of streaming by bringing together paid and free streaming entertainment into the world’s best user interface! There is no need to go in and out of apps to discover the content you love....Its Hubbl, TV and streaming made easy.
We are looking for an experienced Operations Manager to ensure the successful implementation and management of retail operations for Hubbl. Reporting directly to the Director of Commercial, this role will be responsible for managing and optimising current B2B processes, the implementation of new partners and ongoing day to day management to ensure productivity and quality.
Your responsibilities
Support the development and management of the retail capability for Hubbl
Help build and develop the B2B sales operational maintenance plans
Manage the day-to-day B2B ordering process partnering will internal stakeholders to deliver operational efficiencies and effectiveness
Work with external partners to ensure operational success for all clients
Project manage operational development working with internal and external development teams to deliver plans on time and in budget
Identify areas for business process improvements
Manage the implementation and onboarding of new partnerships and store locations
Project manage sales events and training
Provide solutions that address performance issues in a timely and effective manner
Develop and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships to ensure success of the third-party sales, such as development and platform teams, commercial, legal, marketing, supply chain, product, and others
Ensure Risk and Compliance Management in line with company policies and procedures, including legal obligations are fulfilled
Support the overall commercial team as necessary to deliver team success
Your experience and capability
Prior experience in Sales Operations, or Customer / Client success role, ideally within Australian Retail or Telco industry (highly desirable)
Knowledge of media industry and TV and streaming devices markets is a plus
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Excellent planning, organisational and analytical skills
Flexible approach with a strong ability to problem solve
Team-player with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to build strong relationships with business partners
