Description We are seeking a Data Reporting Analyst to join our team in North Richland Hills, Texas. In this role, you will be instrumental in advancing our strategy through data analysis and interpretation. You will be tasked with uncovering actionable insights from complex data sets, aiding in strategic decision-making across all levels of our organization.
Responsibilities:
• Analyze and interpret complex data sets to derive actionable insights
• Develop and enhance reporting tools in Power BI
• Conduct market and consumer data analysis to inform pricing and promotion strategies
• Create models to streamline market data collection, analysis, and reporting
• Present findings and recommendations to key stakeholders and senior management
• Oversee market and product positioning for potential and upcoming deals
• Monitor and analyze market conditions, economic shifts, and housing updates
• Document processes and analytical procedures for future reference
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand community positioning and troubleshoot underperforming communities
• Measure the effectiveness of market positioning and pricing strategies and report on community strategy enhancements and their outcomes. Requirements • Proficiency in Gap Analysis.
• Solid understanding and working experience with Analytics.
• Experience in Business Intelligence (BI) is essential.
• Ability to create a detailed Business Requirement Document.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Power BI.
• Experience in Power BI is a must.
• Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field or equivalent work experience.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills.
• Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
