As a Seasonal Recruiter, you will be responsible for the end-to-end recruitment process for multiple positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to making hiring recommendations and facilitating onboarding. Your expertise in talent acquisition and your ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers will be instrumental in attracting and selecting top talent to support our company\'s growth and success. Earn \$30.00 - \$35.00 per hour Full Time, Standard Business Hours Hybrid Role, 3 days on site, 2 days remote Can be located in Connecticut, Massachusetts, or Vermont (Travel will be required to Windsor Locks, CT and Brattleboro, VT) You will contribute by: Posting jobs and reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and scheduling interviews to assess candidates\' qualifications, experience, and cultural fit for the organization. Providing guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the interview process. Sourcing candidates by utilizing various sourcing techniques to identify and attract potential candidates for job openings. Working closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent. Facilitating the negotiation and extension of job offers and start dates to select candidates, including salary discussions, benefits, and first day instructions. Using data and analytics to make robust recruitment and influence hiring decisions, anticipate business needs, candidate trends and make recommendations based on findings. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of candidate information in the applicant tracking system, including resumes, interview notes, and feedback, ensuring OFCCP compliance with data protection regulations.
