responsibilities:
Supports global laboratories with ongoing projects related to chromatographic data management.
Interprets laboratory test methods related to chromatography for the calculations and formulas needed to generate results.
Compiles custom calculation fields in the chromatographic data system (Empower) which are needed to calculate laboratory results in the system. Updates Empower report method to display results.
Drafts documents which will serve as guidelines for the laboratory to use the Empower calculations to generate results.
Follows calculation validation processes related to laboratory quality applications.
Reports to Quality Systems support team.
qualifications:
Laboratory analyst with chromatography experience, preferably Empower.
Lab administration, supporting quality systems used by the laboratory.
Understanding of laboratory information management systems (LIMS).
Scientific background with experience following analytical test methods.
