Job Title: Pipefitter
Job Description
Candidates will be fitting pipe in the shop that will then be sent out to the construction site for installation. There is an opportunity to move onto field work in the future if interested.
Responsibilities
Fit pipe in the shop for construction site installation
Familiarity with industrial process piping systems, particularly in hospital, industrial, and heavy institutional installations
Mount flanges and fit pipes according to industry standards and code-compliant construction practices
Read and interpret blueprints
Perform bevel joint cutting with an oxy-acetylene torch
Demonstrate experience with equipment setting, start-up, and rigging
Essential Skills
Minimum of 5 years of experience in heavy industrial pipefitting
Experience with bevel joint cutting using an oxy-acetylene torch
Ability to read and interpret blueprints
Familiarity with pipe welding
Additional Skills & Qualifications
- Combo pipe welding and fitting experience is a plus

Work Environment
This role is based in a smaller, clean, non-climate controlled shop environment. The work schedule is Monday-Thursday from 7:00am-5:00pm, with potential overtime on Fridays from 7:00am-3:30pm. Initially, the hours are 4 10-hour days per week, with the potential to work up to 50 hours per week in the future.

Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $29.00 - $31.00/hr.
