(Responsibilities)

Within Global Alliances Strategic Pursuits, you work with a consistent and defined programmatic approach to help the Sales organization develop and close WSG Deals in the Americas Theatre , utilizing out-quarter pipeline development, Account Planning, Strategic Opportunity Reviews, Pursuit Planning, Deal coaching and choreography, thought leadership, best practices, and aligning key resources to maximize market opportunity, accelerating sales cycles and closing larger deals successfully. As a seasoned professional with a wide range of experiences, you use professional concepts and company objectives to resolve complex issues in creative and effective ways.

The role will involve:

  • Ongoing opportunity management, including revenue and cost responsibility

  • Work with multiple stakeholders and teams to win focused WSG pursuits in the Global Alliances Americas theatre

  • Utilizing a consultative approach, discuss business issues with partners and develop a formal quote, a written sales proposal, or a formal sales presentation addressing their business needs

  • Responding to RFP’s (request for proposal) and following up with partners

How your experience will help you hit the ground running:

(Requirements)

  • Proven track record of engaging at the CxO level

  • 15 years of complex and transformative sales experience

  • Experience which demonstrates a significant level of sales expertise and technical awareness is required

  • Ability to convey information clearly and provide analysis as needed to help the Alliance Partner grow with Dell

  • Ability to work collaboratively with employees within department and across function/regions

Preferred, but not required: Bachelor’s Degree
