Aerotek Industrial Painter in North Branch, Minnesota

HIRING FOR INDUSTRIAL PAINTERS IN NORTH BRANCH, MN!

PAYING UP TO $25/HOUR!

FLEXIBLE SCHEDULE!

Description:

  • Use of gravity guns and pressure pots to apply paint

  • Use of metal glaze/body filler, and tools such as DA (dual action) to create a flat, smooth surface when applying paint

  • Adhere to the company’s standard paint mix ratio to mix liquid polyurethane paint with the appropriate amount of hardener/activator for curing of the paint

  • Use of gravity guns and pressure pots to apply paint

  • Visually perform quality checks for paint coverage, runs, contamination, or any defect in the painted parts’ appearance

  • Where they are prepped and sent through a phosphate wash in our Alkota wash booth.

  • Clean, debur, and sand part(s) to an appropriate level of finish in preparation for painting

  • Knowledge of working in a paint booth

Additional Skills & Qualifications:

  • Wet Paint

  • Clean, debur, and sand part(s)

  • Knowledgeable in regards to taping/masking for prep
