Description We are offering a long term contract employment opportunity for an HR Generalist in Norristown, Pennsylvania. As an HR Generalist, you will be working onsite, handling a variety of human resources tasks. This role involves processing payroll, managing employee relations, ensuring compliance, and administering benefits.

Responsibilities:

• Utilizing ADP Workforce Now and other financial services tools to process payroll

• Handling ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode and other related tasks

• Managing employee relations, ensuring all issues are addressed promptly and professionally

• Administering benefits, utilizing software like Ceridian and Dayforce

• Ensuring compliance with FMLA and other relevant regulations

• Utilizing Office Suite for various administrative tasks

• Communicating effectively with all levels within the organization

• Utilizing Benefit Functions to manage and administer employee benefits

• Resolving any issues or discrepancies related to payroll or benefits

• Maintaining accurate records of all HR related activities and transactions. Requirements • Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar HR role

• Proficiency in using ADP - Financial Services software

• Experience with ADP Workforce Now is required

• Familiarity with ATS - Asynchronous Transfer Mode is necessary

• Experience in Ceridian software is a plus

• Knowledge of Dayforce software is beneficial

• Ability to handle Benefit Functions competently

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

• Proven experience in ensuring HR Compliance

• Strong skills in managing Employee Relations

• Experience with Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) is essential TalentMatch®
